TOMATO SAUCES

Our passatas are exactly what you’re used to buying, only better. Without a drop of oil or a pinch of salt added, these are straight up tomatoes like you’ve never tasted before.

They all start the same way: a combination of beefheart, cherry, and San Marzano tomatoes grown on our terraces overlooking the Mediterranean. The best ones are selected, then run through a food mill, not once but twice, to ensure all the seeds and peels are out.

When the passata is ready, it either gets bottled on its own, packed with whole cherry tomatoes, or poured over peeled San Marzanos. Words don’t do these justice - you have to try each one and let us know your favorite.
