A blend of Cuore di Bue, Datterini, and San Marzano tomatoes from our terraced gardens on the Amalfi Coast. 

We run the seeds and skins through the strainer twice to ensure you are left with just pure pulp and juice.

Why ever use a pre-made jarred sauce, when it’s literally this easy to make a tomato sauce right from our passata? Saute some garlic or onions in olive oil, bring the passata to a boil, and it’s basically ready. It is the foundation for so many of Frank's methods.
