Passata: A blend of Cuore di Bue, Datterini, and San Marzano tomatoes from our terraced gardens on the Amalfi Coast. We run the seeds and skins through the strainer twice to ensure you are left with just pure pulp and juice, ready to go for any of Frank's methods.

Whole Peeled Tomatoes: Whole, peeled San Marzano tomatoes in passata. Balanced sweetness and acidity that is a blank canvas for you to flow with and take in whatever direction you’d like.

Whole Cherry Tomatoes:  Whole datterini (sweet, slightly elongated cherry tomatoes) that have been de-stemmed and placed in the bottle with our passata These are jarred tomatoes like you’ve never seen them before.
